- Keep away from household chemicals found in cleaning or laundry supplies.
- Remove jewelry when engaging in any high intensity sport or activity. Leaving jewelry on during this type of activity could result in dents, scratches, or loosening of a stone.
- Avoid wearing jewelry at the pool or beach.

We appreciate your loyalty for our product and will honor any repair needed as a result of a manufactures defect within 6 months of purchase. Please include original receipt. ELIZA RAY Jewelry will not be held responsible for merchandise damaged or lost in transit.
Customers will be held responsible for the cost of the repair if the damage is deemed a result of misuse, or requested after 6 months of purchase. The customer will also be held responsible for the cost of the repair after any given time if the piece has been altered, resized, or repaired prior to sending back to ELIZA RAY Jewelry.
