Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be pleased with your purchase. Returns and exchanges are accepted up to 30 days after purchase. All returns must be unworn, unaltered and in original packaging, which includes Eliza Ray boxes and pouches.
Return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the customer.
Please allow 5-7 business days once the returned item is received and assessed for your return to be processed and credited to the original form of payment.
Gifts are eligible for return within 30 days of the original purchase date. Original proof of purchase must be accompanied with the merchandise at the time of any eligible return. Item must be unworn, unaltered and in the original Eliza Ray pouch or box. A store credit for the value of the item will be provided in the form of a gift card. Gift cards do not expire.
Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original form of payment. Allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed. If you do not see the refund credited to your account after the 10 days, please contact us at email@example.com.
For exchanges please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with the purchaser's name and order ID within 30 days of your original purchase and a customer service representative will contact you with further details.
